It's really cheap and easy, all you need is:
-Clear Glass or Plastic Bottle
-Highlighters {you choose the color}
-Water
-Scissors
-Black
light
Instructions:
1) Fill clear bottles with water.
2) Break open a highlighter and cut the inside piece
into 1/2 inch pieces and put into bottle.
3) Shake not stir.
4) Place in front of black light.
5) Enjoy!
These look so cool! You can see these from about 30 feet away. Neon colors work the best,
my yellow and green came out the best. It is a quick fun little project that people "OHH" and "AHH" all over.

you want. {PS- I usually don't cut the highlighter and I let it sit in the bottle overnight, take the highlighter out
and place a cap on it.}
