Every skin expert will tell you that we need to exfoliate to rid the skin of dead cells and regenerate new cell growth. There are countless products on the market that do that very thing for your face and body. Here's a little "secret" that can save you a few bucks and achieve the same results for your skin.

Baby products are great for sensitive skin. Even regular skin can benefit from using baby washes, lotions, etc. You can use any of these.

Your regular facial cleansers and body washes can be used for this as well.

Make a facial or body exfoliator by simply adding sugar to your cleansers or body washes. lather it up and scrub the body with a loofah or an old pair of panty hose if you don't have a loofah.

For the face, pour some of the cleanser into your hand, add a teaspoon or so of sugar into the cleanser and gently massage it on your face in a circular motion. Rinse with luke-warm water, followed by a cool rinse and your face and body will glow.

Egg whites have been used for years to give an "instant face-lift" look. If you need a temporary tightening of the skin and want to make pores appear smaller, separate an egg, apply it thinly to your face and let it dry. Apply your makeup as usual and the effect will last for hours. What should you do with the yolk? Use it before the egg whites. Cleanse your face, apply the yolk to the face, let it dry and rinse off with lukewarm water. Apply a light coat of moisturizer afterwards. Using an egg yolk on the face daily for a month will dramatically improve acne in under a month.

If you want a "little tightening" of the skin, mix a little of your moisturizer with the egg whites. This works well if you're using the yolks before the whites.
